Dr Kommu approaches the work with an inner calm, and reassuring patience. There is always the sense of being not just listened to, but understood and your welfare is of the upmost importance, no matter how trivial you might feel your query might be. In my own personal experience, his professionalism extends beyond the perfunctory and I have had conversations with Dr Kommu that not only lead to improvement of health concerning the condition I went in with, but also pre-emptive, preventative suggestions for greater health beyond current circumstances. And more pleasantly surprising is not just recommendations for physical well being but also inner well being and mental fortitude. Whenever I have been seen by Dr Kommu, I leave not only reassured, but slightly inspired, understanding that I also have a certain amount of control of my own welfare. An aspect I have come to appreciate greatly. In essence you leave feeling that you have not just seen a Dr, but touched base with someone who had heard, understood and made available various ways rather then just medicinal to achieve better health in the future.

I have been seen by Dr Kommu on a number of occasions. He has always taken his time to listen and carefully consider and assess my situation. He displays the greatest empathy and goes out of his way to explain his findings and advice. Which puts you completely at ease. He is the consummate professional and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is seeking a GP's opinion. His manner is appropriate and when you are asked about how you are feeling you can sense that he genuinely cares and does not mind if you are taking more than the allotted time that maybe attributed to you for that appointment. Super Dr and Bloxham surgery are very lucky to have him.

Dr Kommu was exceptionally thorough and made me feel like my circumstances were taken very seriously. He made every effort to try and get me seen to by the right people before attending the hospital. I cannot fault his work. I wish more GPs were like this.
